Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Damn Girl! Aesthetics and Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Implemented out of respect for our providers and our patients, this protects against last-minute cancellations that do not allow us time to fill the gaps in an already busy schedule. We appreciate your consideration of our team and our patients on waitlists for services.
To ensure we can provide the highest level of care to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in a $100 no-show fee.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged the $100 cancellation fee. This allows us to stay on schedule and respect the time of other clients.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us provide a seamless, personalized experience for every client.
Multiple No-Shows or Cancellations
If a client violates our cancellation policy twice, they will be required to pre-pay for all future booked appointments. This pre-payment is non-refundable; all pre-payments will be credited toward future services at Damn Girl! Aesthetics and Wellness.
Deposits for Services
The majority of our services and treatments require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This is to cover the cost of provider time, consumables, equipment, products and supplies that are necessary for your treatment. These deposits are non-refundable; however they can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if appointment is rescheduled greater than 48 hours ahead of time (see late cancellation/no-show policy). Otherwise, the deposit is used toward the client’s service at the time of their appointment, or fortfeited in the event of a late cancellation/no-show.
Refund & Results Policy
At Damn Girl! Aesthetics and Wellness, our goal is to provide safe, high-quality, individualized aesthetic and wellness care. Because aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person, we are unable to guarantee specific results.
Treatment Results
Individual results may vary, and many treatments require a series of sessions to achieve optimal or desired outcomes. Some clients may require additional treatments beyond initial recommendations. For this reason, refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results.
We require all patients to schedule and attend recommended follow-up appointments after treatment. This allows our providers to assess progress, address concerns, and determine whether additional treatments may be beneficial. We are committed to working with you to resolve concerns whenever possible.
Refunds on Services
All services rendered are non-refundable.
Products
All product purchases are final and no refunds will be provided.
If product is defective, it may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same product only.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
